Welcome to The Cookbook Club!

Come join me as I introduce you to cookbook authors and their recipes via my audio interview episodes!

Sometimes I see a cookbook on a shelf, or hear about a new one, then wonder what's really inside. Well, here I'll be making and sharing recipes from these cookbooks, as well as giving you a chance to hear from the authors themselves about their cooking journeys. Now that should help you know which cookbooks you want sitting on your shelf!

March 4th, 2011: Meet Jeff Baker from Man In The Kitchen. We'll be chatting about his cookbook, TV show, and instructional cooking videos. Jeff will be sharing his Margarita Chicken recipe with you, and much more!

December 31st, 2010:
Meet Carrie Vitt (an audio interview), author of the brand new cookbook "Deliciously Organic". Due out in early January, 2011. During this interview Carrie passes along her recipe for Chocolate Sauce - Enjoy!

November 26th, 2010:
Meet Amy McCoy (an audio interview), author of the new cookbook "Poor Girl Gourmet". During this interview Amy shares her Israeli Couscous recipe with you.

From Amy's cookbook I made the Garlicky Tomatoes And Olives With Whole-Wheat Spaghetti, and the Honey-Balsamic Chicken Thighs. Both recipes were devoured here! In fact I liked the Honey-Balsamic Chicken Thighs so much I shared the recipe with my Mama, who also adored it. And the Garlicky Tomatoes And Olives with Whole-Wheat Spaghetti helped keep me sane on the weeknights during the Thanksgiving holiday week.

September 24th, 2010:
Meet Abigail Johnson Dodge (an audio interview), author of the brand new cookbook "Desserts 4 Today".

From this cookbook I made the Sparkling Cocoa Drops, which were a big hit with the family, along with Abby's Nutella Fudge Brownies. Hubby especially liked the Invidividual Rich Cocoa Pudding dessert. We added in a touch of cinnamon, just like Abby suggested in her book, which turned a simple dessert into something a bit more sophisticated. Enjoy!
