DING-DONG, DING-DONG, DING-DONG the clock is chiming, reminding us all that it's time to say farewell to another year, to let go of disappointment, regrets, and failed attempts. Now is the time to ring in the New Year, I say! Chin up, stand tall with shoulders back, moving forward toward your dreams, your hopes, and bright wishes. It's a fresh start. Grab hold!
It's at this time of year I choose to not be weighed down by resolutions. I find they most often end up in a pile of regrets about a year from now. Instead I choose specific words to build my year on. Positive words to meditate on when the going gets tough, because at some point you know it will. This coming year I'll be focusing on Gratitude, Health, Tribe, and Courage . What words will propel and carry you through your new year? Or does a resolution work for you?
As we all make merry during this last stretch of the festive holiday season let's get ready to bring in the new year in a healthy way with someone who is ready and able to guide us through the world of deliciously organic foods! A perfectly refreshing and healthy way to start off 2011! It's my pleasure to introduce you to Carrie Vitt, author of the brand new Cookbook "Deliciously Organic" (due out in early January, 2011), and creator of the food-blog Deliciously Organic dot net. Be sure to take a listen to our chat (click the arrow above) to find out why Carrie creates organic recipes, and what the romantic story is behind her most treasured kitchen item. Carrie will share one of her simple recipes with you, too. Enjoy!
Tip: Carrie mentions two internet sites during our interview that she uses and may help you with more information regarding organic foods: 1) Local Harvest dot org 2) Eat Wild dot com

GIVEAWAY
Ooops...we have two winners. Originally entry #5 was chosen, a bonus

A second winner was chosen from all entrants who did follow all of the rules correctly.
CONGRATULATIONS to Marla, entry #5, and Joan, entry #10. Enjoy!
Thank you to everyone else who entered this giveaway!
