Spiced Corned Beef Brisket and Horseradish Sour Cream ~ Slow-Cooker

Here's what happens when I clean out our freezer - the extra freezer in the garage, which is also known as "the bottomless pit". Every so often I pull EVERYTHING out just to see what meaty morsel may have found its way down to the very bottom of "the pit". This time I found a corned beef brisket.

Its so wonderful to come home to a house that smells so yummy, like I've been cooking all day, with virtually no extra heat in the kitchen.
